Enjoyed the room where the AC could be controlled. My bed was exceptionally comfortable. - the location in a very quiet area was good and unbeatable. - There were a supermarket and a convenience store nearby. - the staff were extremely friendly and decent day and night.

Brand new hotel. Nicely decorated room with a very comfortable bed. Excellent location: close to subway, a few minutes to Manhattan.

Hotel is very close to the metro on 39th Ave which takes about 8-10mins to get into midtown. Rooms spacious with flatscreen tv and big comfy bed. Lovely bathroom with walk in shower. Hotel staff welcoming and helpful. Cafe still to be completed on ground floor but if looking for a quick bite to eat, snacks, drinks etc there is a deli on the corner. Great little hotel, terrific value with easy access to all that Manhattan has to offer. Top tip-buy a $29 7 day metrocard to get around sights easily and quickly. It's a real adventure!

Recently renovated. Clean. Comfortable beds. Near the subway. I could park free of charge in the street just beside the entrance of the hotel.
Major problem: in our Queen Executive Rooms the a/c and heating unit was mounted 2 or 3 inches far from the bed, level with it. And it let in cold air from the outside, so that I had to build a makeshift barrier with pillows, in order not to have cold and hot air blowing alternately on me. Incredible! Obviously the staff couldn't do anything to fix this conspicuos planning error. I got a discount as a compensation, and appreciated this: still... I have never experienced such an unpleasant situation. In general, the staff is friendly and willing to be helpful, but in our opinion this hotel seems to lack a qualified management. Many aspects seem left to improvisation.

the staff was very helpefull and friendly though. the room has a small kicthen, wich was great and the bed was vey comfy. from the room we stayed we could see a little bit of the city, that was cool.
I think they've should have more options on the breakfeast. its no bad. but some eggs, bacon and sausage as an option would be great though. even if we had to pay for that.

just within 10 min drive from La Gruardia, located 100m walk from 39av metro station - 3 station and you are in the very cented of Manhattan! Clean and big rooms, balcony with manhattan view (I recommend to take higher floors)
Breakfast is offered until 9am something and the choice is not big at all, also when you are 8:30am there is already lack of food. Toaster wasn't properly working

The views of the Manhattan skyline were wonderful. the room was good-sized and huge, with a balcony and Wi-Fi. the location was excellent and incredible since it was next to a metro station. the area was pretty quiet, a unique base for me.

From the first moment i was in the hotel help was provided, everybody was friendly and i felt like i am with my family or more like home. The room was more than great, very big with a small kittchent, clean and comfey.
the one thing i did not like about the hotel was breakfast i felt it was limited and can be improved, felt more like in a help yourself hostel than a hotel.

Nice staff. Nice bathroom/shower.
Needs some sort of lamp near the bed for reading.
